Turn your Surplus Equipment into CASH. This is an opportunity for you to sell any excess machinery you may have for top dollar, as well as to choose from a large selection of good used machinery.
Loader Available and Consignments Accepted
Thursday, March 30th and Friday, March 1st from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Cnmmission as follows:
• Seller’s Fee: $25.00 per item registration fee, sale or no sale. • Buyer’s Fee: 10% Buyer’s Premium on all purchases added to final bid. $1000.00 maximum per item.
Terms of Sale: Payment in full sale day by Cash or Company Approved Check with Bank Letter of Guarantee. Applicable Georgia Sales Tax will be added to purchase. The Auction Company will not be responsible for damage to equipment or for lost items. Seller must be present to reject bids on his equipment, otherwise all sales final. Farm Trucks Only: Seller must have title in hand, made in Seller’s name. No salvage or attached titles, no open titles, no exceptions. Vehicles prior to 1986 must have bill of sale made in Seller’s name.
