LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR SALE BY SEALED BID Whitfield County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids until 2:00 pm, Thursday, July 6, 2017, at the Whitfield County Finance Department, 301 W. Crawford Street, Dalton, GA 30720 for ITB# FIN17-002, a portion of Map Parcel 12-183-03-000, consisting of approximately 1.463 acres, more or less, and the former Health Center building of approximately 16,000 SF, located at the intersection of Ross Drive, Applewood Drive and Memorial Drive, Dalton, GA. The property is described as: A tract or parcel of land located in Land Lot No. 183, of the 12th District and 3rd Section of Whitfield County, Georgia, and being a portion of Block “A” of the R. R. Burleyson Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 220, Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Whitfield County, Georgia, being 1.463 acres, more or less, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point which is the northeast corner of Tract 12 of Block “A” in the R.
