STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF WHITFIELD NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Pursuant to the power of sale contained in the Security Deed executed by STEVEN CHANCE AND SANDRA D. CHANCE to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR IRWIN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS in the original principal amount of $95,993.00 dated January 24, 2006 and recorded in Deed Book 4683, Page 61, Whitfield County records, said Security Deed being last transferred to GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC in Deed Book 6224, Page 33, Whitfield County records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door in said County, or at such other place as lawfully designated, within the legal hours of sale, on August 01, 2017, the property in said Security Deed and described as follows: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT NO. 120 IN THE 12TH DISTRICT AND 3RD SECTION OF WHITFIELD COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING DWELLING UNIT B, BUILDING 7, OF MEADOWBROOK COLONY CONDOMINIUM, AS SHOWN ON PLAT OOF SURVEY DATED DECEMBER 17, 1975, BY BAKKUM-DELOACH & ASSOCIATES, INC., RLS, WHICH PLAT IS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 4, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF WHITFIELD COUNTY, GEORGIA, THE DECLARATION OF SAID CONDOMINIUM BEING RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 422 PAGE 152, WHITFIELD COUNTY, DEED RECORDS, AND ALL PRESENT AND FUTURE AMENDMENTS THERETO ADOPTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS THEREOF.
