BROWN to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATIONS SYSTEMS, INC, AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE LLC., dated 05/08/ and Recorded on 06/08/2007 as Book No. 5020 and Page No. 101, WHITFIELD County, Georgia records, as last assigned to SECOND CHANCE HOME LOANS, LLC (the Secured Creditor), by assignment recorded 02/15/2017 in Book No. 6470 and Page No. 0024, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $53,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the WHITFIELD County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in January 2018, the following described property: A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF WHITFILED, WITH A STREET LOCATION ADDRESS OF 3170 HEADRICK CIR SE; DALTON, GA 30721-6137 CURRENTLY OWNED BY MARSHALL L. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
